The Recipe For A Healthy, Passion-Filled Marriage
Are you adding the right “ingredients” to your relationship?

Rita is head chef at a gourmet restaurant. She is renowned for creating unique dishes that keep customers coming back. While she is proud of her accomplishments in the kitchen and her career, she is really worried about her marriage.

It seems that no matter what she tries, she can't seem to get it right when it comes to her relationship.

Rita and her husband argue about even little things. There is often an undercurrent of hostility between them. She can't remember the last time that they cuddled on the couch together or made love.

Here are a few essential “ingredients” for a healthy marriage that is full of passion and connection...

You've got to have honesty and openness to create a healthy relationship. Half-truths and withheld information will only bring distance and mistrust. Remember to tell your truth without assuming to know what's true for your spouse. Choose words to tell it in a way that encourages understanding and connection.

  • 2 parts adventurousness
Don't let things get boring and dull. Keep passion thriving in your marriage by shoring up your sense of adventure. This might involve stepping out of your comfort zone in the bedroom or being more spontaneous in the activities you and your mate choose to do together.
