One of Hollywood's most private couples is doing something right!

Before Robert Pattinson, 25, and Kristen Stewart, 21, became an item after filming New Moon in 2009, Pattinson was just that pale Brit most known for his hair while Stewart was busy shooting indie movies like Into The Wild and Speak. Two years later, the Twilight mega stars are still going strong, and their love can be seen in the latest film, The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn – Part I, out November 18. Though they've been hush-hush about their romantic status, Kristen recently admitted to GQ that her "Boyfriend is English." After she let the pretty obvious statement out, she finally opened up to Glamour with some relationships rules.
"Good relationship advice for me tends to be being honest and knowing yourself," she said. "Don't be an a-hole. That's my advice. Don't be mean. Don't take s**t. Don't settle."
Clearly, Kristen's straightforward rules have given Robert a platform to work with, and so far, so good! Here are three more reasons why we think their relationship is working so well:
1. They have major respect for each other's privacy. Unlike many celebs, Kristen and Rob keep their romantic life to themselves. Kristen recently told Glamour (via People) that the public's fascination with their relationship is "totally understandable. But when it's personal to you, it's like your life becomes a product, and I'm repelled by that. I don't like to give away gems that people are gonna be like, 'Oh my God!'" 2. They have an extremely close connection from working together. With the intense one-on-one scenes between Rob and Kristen in all of the Twilight movies, it's no surprise that they gravitated towards one another. Director Bill Condon told MTV News he noticed it when filming scenes for Breaking Dawn: "It's crazy just how close they are; it added something to the movie, too. Because obviously this is the part where they are together, and that's something they didn't have to act." We're sure it adds to the love scenes in their movies too! Though, that doesn't mean they weren't awkward to film. Pattinson told Parade, "I think the more comfortable you are with each other, the harder it gets to do any kind of really intense relationship scene. You're kind of thinking, 'I don't want to embarrass myself in front of this person.'"
3. They have undeniable chemistry. Bill Condon saw it first-hand "right away" while he was on set with the two lovebirds. Perhaps that's why millions of people—including us—love the Twilight films so much. Their chemistry is so evident!
