Now, inside jail for violating a restraining order against ex-fiance Erin Muller, he is pressing charges her, claiming that she threatened him with a knife several months ago. According to a police report obtained by TMZ, papa Lohan claims that he did not report the incident at the time because he "wanted her to get help for her addictions." How thoughtful, wouldn't you say?
