Meeting the right kind of guy is tough. If you're looking for a serious, long term boyfriend, it's unlikely that you'll meet him out partying while completely wasted, but without alcohol, how the heck do you start up a conversation with your dream guy?!

Sparking up a conversation with a stranger can be scary and just plain awkward, especially if that stranger is attractive. Think about it… How many potential introductions have you missed or blown because you are unsure of how to approach someone that you are interested in getting to know?

Worry not, non-athletic individuals of the world. Sure, we don't excel in sport, but that doesn't mean we aren't good at other games. Take dating, for example.

Picture this: It's Friday night and you are dressed up, ready for a night out on the town with your friends. You hit the best night spots and have a blast, but you are bothered by the fact that all night, not one guy made a pass at you.

If dating had hard and fast rules, there would be no single people. The world would be a relatively happy place where everyone was in love and beamed happiness as they held hands in the park and merrily frolicked along. ...Right?

A new website, CheckHimOut.com, just launched on May 7 with the goal of giving women more power in the online dating game. The site encourages ladies to make the first move; that is, rather than waiting for guys to contact them (as, let's face it, most of us do), women must initiate the conversation.

Here's the challenge: In the month of July, I challenge you to ask and go out on at least 10 dates with 10 different men. Yes, you read that correctly, you (the woman) must initiate and ask 10 men on dates. If you do, I predict, your dating life will change, possibly forever.
