Looks like Angelina Jolie might have some competition for the Busiest Mom in Hollywood award. Kate Gosselin, who's got eight kids to Angie's six, is looking to ditch her reality TV status, launch an acting career, and find her own Brad Pitt along the way. And according to Kate, there's no better place to start then the Emmy Awards.
Taking a break from fighting with his ex, Kate Gosselin, and defending his relationship with his current, Hailey Glassman, Jon Gosselin spent Saturday afternoon hosting a highly hyped Las Vegas pool party at the MGM Grand's Wet Republic - during which he collected lots of phone numbers from scantily clad ladies.
Kate Gosselin didn't have the happiest 34th birthday celebration. All her eight kids tried hard to make it special—even throwing her a party at the Food Network’s Ace of Cakes studio (as seen on an episode of Jon and Kate Plus Eight). But there was one guest missing from the festivities. Kate's husband Jon was halfway across the country at a ski resort in Park City, Utah. Jon’s never hidden that he takes solo vacations to get a breather from his chaotic eight kids (and a tense relationship with his wife). But now Us Weekly is reporting that while Jon was seen on camera helping disabled kids ski during the trip—off camera was a totally different story. Jon was not alone. He brought along 23-year-old schoolteacher Deanna Hummel and the pair partied together like teenagers on Spring Break the entire time.
Thee end is just around the corner for Jon and Kate Gosselin. Page Six is reporting that Jon and Kate are already talking to lawyers. In fact, the interview that Jon recently gave to People magazine to get his side of the story out there was apparently conducted from the offices of a high-powered divorce attorney in Manhattan. While the couple sorts out the details of what this will mean for them and the future of their eight kids, they're already living separate lives. Jon is at their home in Wernersville, Pa with their twin daughters while Kate is with the sextuplets in North Carolina.
