If you want to lose weight in time for the big day, hypnosis can be an effective solution.
You imagine the perfect day… You are wearing the most beautiful gown, you feel like a queen, this is the happiest day of your life (or at least one of them)…
What does your special day look like? For many women, the vision of the perfect day includes a smaller waistline; but with all of the stress of planning, arranging, scheduling, choices and taste testing, how are you ever going to lose that 10, 15 or 20 pounds?
Over 30% of American adults are currently considered obese.
If you struggle with weight challenges, hypnotherapy might be an effective solution for you.
According to the National Center of Health Statistics, over 30 percent of U.S adults are currently obese. In order for an individual to be considered obese, one must be roughly 30 or more pounds over a healthy weight. A government study conducted by Oxford University estimates that by the year 2032 over half of the population will be obese. The study found that in less than 15 years, 86 percent of men will be overweight and in 20 years, 70 percent of women will be overweight.
One of my favorite things to work on with clients in my private hypnotherapy practice is the art and science of de-hypnotizing ourselves. The process begins with acknowledging our feelings and making choices based upon what is right and good for us. For instance, how many times have you said "yes" to someone when you knew it was too much for you to take on? Or bought the cheaper version of something because "I don't really need the nicer one," even though it would have made you feel incredible and in reality it was not that much more expensive?
Will hypnotism really help catch the woman of your dreams?
Hypnotizing a woman is not the key to getting her to fall in love with you, or even to move past the "friendzone". The secret to connecting with the one you're falling for is to make sure both parties feel the same way. If she does not want to move past being friends, then no amount of hypnotizing is going to work. The other key to love success is gaining self-esteem in who you are and what you want.
What is stress and what can you do about it? Find out here.
What is stress? Stress seems to seethe all around us — you read about it in the newspapers and magazines, hear about it on TV, Google it online. There appears to be a consensus out there: stress is hazardous to your health and well-being. But stress is seldom defined. They tell you to avoid it, that you need to "de-stress" your life, but only rarely does anyone tell you just how to do that. So you worry — you even stress about having stress — rather than doing something about it. After all, what in the world can you do?
“And what do you do?” she asks me. Dawn the insurance agent – as she just introduced herself – and I are at a networking event at Clyde’s. I am holding the business card she just handed me and with my other hand, reaching in my pocket for mine.
“I’m a hypnotist.”
“Really!” she says. “Oh, I’d better not look into your eyes.” (I get that a lot.) But she is.

I’m sitting at the Little Bakery, waiting for Marlena to meet me for lunch, and my cell phone rings.
“Hi, it’s me.” Marlena.
“Hey.”
“I’m here on the Beltway, not going anywhere at the moment,” she says. “So, I’m going to be late.”
“No problem – I’ve got something to read.”
“I’m really sorry about this,” Marlena says, sounding stressed.
You can use several techniques to cope with and overcome negative body image.
Both emotional specialists and psychologists generally agree that eating disorders are generally rooted in negative body image. When this happens, sufferers usually see distorted body images when they gaze in a mirror – and as such, feel "fat" or otherwise imperfect regardless of whether these terms accurately describe the structure of their physical bodies.
Negative body images can manifest from one or more of the following factors:
Discover visualization and self-hypnosis exercises to abolish the guilt and recover from the shame.
Ridding Yourself of Shame from Your Past
It’s only human to make mistakes, and we all have done things of which we’re not proud. Although time can blur the memory and alleviate the pain of stressful incidents from our past, often it’s not a simple task to overcome the guilt that stems from actions in our past. This could be something as relatively innocuous as telling a small lie or as profound and life-changing as cheating on someone in a romantic relationship.
This woman wants to COMPLETELY forget her ex. Should I help her?
“Can you make me forget someone?” she said to me over the phone.
“Tell me a little more.”
“My boyfriend – my ex-boyfriend, that is. I want to forget him, forget all about him, like he never existed, like I never even met him. Can you hypnotize me to totally forget him?”
