Women and men are wildly different. Ladies are soft, smell nice and are purty. Most dudes are lumpy/coarse, smell like motor oil and bear meat and are generally utilitarian in terms of looks. Because of your sensuality, delicateness and otherworldliness, there are a handful of sexy things you can totally get away with doing. But it is spectacularly weird and decidedly unsexy when we try the same moves.

Picking: a couples grooming ritual some consider horrendous but others love.
Some women love to pick at their boyfriend's or husband's pimples. Why? It might go back to our roots as primates, for whom grooming is a normal part of intimacy. And, surprisingly, the author of this story found a sorority of 'pickers' who are as enthusiastic about the practice as she is.
"Experts" say that women like a hairless man, but are they right?
"Right now a hairy man is not an attractive man, if you ask most women," Cindy Barshop, of Completely Bare, tells the CBS Early Show. And — at least in the case of her customers — more and more men are opting to go bare everywhere, including down there.
But is a hairless man really a sexier man? Do most women really like the idea of getting it on with a man who has no pubic hair? Or do they, as this author does, find a complete lack of hair on a man a little weird?

The "metrosexual" movement has made for interesting times. The David Beckham school of looking like a man has introduced a number of trends including manscaping. It looks like grooming is moving south of the border (not to Mexico) and the guys are getting smooth like the ladies. It looks like men, these days are more and more interested in being perfectly bare... down there.
The economy is being unfairly blamed for a resurgence of female pubic hair.
Apparently, in this economy the first things to go are standards for personal grooming. Women are having a more difficult time justifying the Brazilian wax and everything's going all screwy. But it doesn't have to be this way. There are options. The naysayers win if we let pubic hair run amok.

Jack Donaghy says that a man's haircut is his head suit. That might be over-stating the case but it might not be. A man's hair style (and probably a woman's too) is front and center to his self image. Because of this, he may not be receptive to your attempts at creating a better him through better grooming.
