I'm an independent marriage and family therapist with a supervisor designation specializing in those with relationship issues including marriage and couples issues, co-dependency and singleness. I have spent the majority of my career in community mental health serving in clinical as well as management and leadership roles. I'm strength-based and recovery-focused believing everyone possesses within them positive attributes and potential to live a full and meaningful life. Additionally, I employ psychodynamic, motivational interviewing and for couples, Gottman method and emotionally focused couples therapy to assist my clients in realizing their full potential and healing their hurts. I hold a Masters of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy and Masters of Arts in Theology from Fuller in Pasadena, California and a undergraduate degree in Sociology from Cal State Fullerton in Fullerton, California. I'm licensed in both California and Ohio. I have extensive training in multiple evidenced approaches including TF-CBT, ART, IPT-A, MATCH and Motivation Interviewing.
