#1: Indoor picnic
Mixing up your usual routine can really spice up your relationship. What can be more UN-usual than pulling out your summer picnic gear in the cold winter months and having an indoor picnic at home? Order out or cook your favorite picnic foods, spread the checkered table cloth on your living room floor and enjoy!

#2: Spa night
Even men like to be pampered so why not create a DIY spa night? There are plenty of recipes online for homemade facials and hand and foot scrubs that use ingredients you may already have in your kitchen. Be sure to include foot and back massages as part of this date night experience. Dim the lights, play relaxing music and see where you hands take you.

#3: Gym date
Work up a sweat, get healthier and pump up good-feeling endorphins at the same time. In addition to your usual work out routine, plan a date with your partner at the gym or a local park. Whatever you do, move together. Play racquetball or tennis. Shoot baskets together. Pass the football or take a brisk walk by a lake. 

#4: Go exploring
In the spirit of curiosity, why not explore a part of your town or city together that you two aren’t as familiar with? Some really great conversations can arise as you check out the architecture in the historic section of your city or visit an interesting exhibit at your local historical society or art museum.
