SueAnne Roberts has spent the majority of her adult life working in the family business in many different roles at various locations in the US and Canada. Throughout her working life, SueAnne has coached relatives, co-workers and team members to improve outcomes. For the last ten years, she has served as CFO of Cardinal Homes, Inc. a company involved in construction and related manufacturing. Like many other company leaders, SueAnne faces daily challenges to manage through an economic downturn that has devastated bottom lines and demanded extreme sacrifice. SueAnne is committed to positive family relationships and daily action to achieve a better future for her family and their business. Her path has led to working for her father and working with brothers and sisters on many levels. The next generation is now active in the business and SueAnne is mentoring her children as well as nieces and nephews. Through her role as CFO, SueAnne has extensive experience with all aspects of business administration – finance, cash management, loss control and insurance, financial forecasting, human resource management, community relations, etc. SueAnne has championed a safe and healthy environment for all team members and has helped to implement systems that naturally encourage desired behavior.
