You may need some assistance to be able to say “yes” to you. If you need to do some work to reprogram your thinking, find a coach or someone you trust who will support you in being able to take care of yourself. I’ve worked with many clients who needed help in learning to say “no.” Being able to say “no” to others represents your ability to set healthy boundaries. As you begin setting those boundaries, you’ll probably notice the sparkle and glow returning to your eyes and face. You might even feel a newfound glow coming from within.
You deserve to sparkle. You deserve to live a radiant life. Where can you begin to gently and lovingly say “no”? What can you say “yes” to this week to begin reclaiming your diamond power?
