As a Certified Professional Success Coach, my mission is to help my clients lead happier, healthier lives. I achieve this goal by using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to clear whatever is currently blocking them on their path to success.  In a nutshell, EFT is a stress reduction technique.  It is also known as Meridian Tapping, or just Tapping.

Over the past couple of years, I have developed a specialty in EFT for Weight Loss. EFT is a remarkable tool that can help clients: conquer their unhealthy cravings, boost their self esteem/body image, eliminate emotional eating, improve their outlook towards exercise,  and release the limiting beliefs that have been unconsciously stopping them from achieving their goal weight.  

However, I am not limited to helping clients with weight loss. I also use EFT to help: eliminate irrational fears and phobias,  reduce stress and anxiety, quit smoking, improve sports performance, alleviate feelings of guilt, worry or shame, heighten quality of sleep, and neutralize negative emotions associated with past traumatic events.

There are so many things that EFT can help with!!  When I work with clients, my goal is to teach them how to use this technique, so that in the future, they are empowered to help themselves with some of their smaller, simpler issues.
