Without a doubt, the easiest way to improve your oral sex abilities is to start using new and different blow job positions on your man. It's not only easy, but it will also make oral sex really different, too. It's perfect for introducing a little extra variation that you will both enjoy.
Before showing you each of these different oral sex positions, the first thing you need to learn is how your position when giving your man a BJ affects your gag reflex. Seriously? Yep, it sure does. If you have a sensitive gag reflex, then choosing the right position can help to minimize it. This is because the position you choose can either open up your throat (minimizing your gag reflex) or make it narrower (making your gag reflex worse).
With this in mind, it's time to learn some positions to use on your man.
1. The Original
We're going to start off with a really easy position. To perform the original position, your man needs to be standing while you're on your knees. Sounds easy, right? Well it is, but there are a few very simple things you can do in the original position to make it a lot more enjoyable for both you and your man.
The first is understanding that if you face your mouth and face toward the ceiling while performing this, you're going to straighten out your throat. This will massively reduce your gag reflex. Next, make sure to use your hands. This isn't just so you can also give him a hand job during the blow job, but also so you can prevent him from thrusting too deep when he gets carried away.
2. Lie Back
The "lie back" blow job position is massively different to the original position. To perform the lie back position, lie down on your bed on your back, but with your head hanging over the edge of the bed. You should try to let your head and neck relax quite a bit so your head is upside down and you're looking toward the wall on the opposite side of the room.
Depending on the height of your bed, your man will either be standing or kneeling. While he may be super-enthusiastic and excited to start thrusting in and out of your mouth, don't let him. You're in a very vulnerable position, so it's vital that he starts off remaining stationary until you get comfortable.
After a few minutes, when you feel more comfortable, you can then allow him to slowly move in and out more. You'll notice in the lie back position that you will naturally have to straighten out your throat when performing it, which again minimizes your gag reflex.
3. Face Plow
The face plow is a much more "extreme" oral sex position to try out. Your man will be in almost total control, so don't try it out with him if you aren't comfortable with him in control while giving him oral sex. Coupled with your man being in control, your throat will also be bent, unlike the previous two blow job positions, making it much more likely that you'll gag.
To get set up in the face plow position, you must first lie down on your back and put a few pillows under your head to prop it up. Your man will then straddle you, facing you. His knees should both be right under your armpits so that his crotch is right in your face. Then he just needs to put his penis in your mouth.
While your man will have pretty much all the control in the face plow position, it's still a good idea to start off gently and slowly, so make sure he stays still at first until you're comfortable. Then, if you want him to take control he can pin your arms behind your head with one hand and put his other hand on the back of your head to control how deep he goes.
