Use his (or her) T-shirt for some light bondage. Grab the bottom of the front of his T, pull it over his head, and slide it halfway down his arms, so they are behind him and restricted.
Don’t rush the process, your slow pace will magnify the arousal. Look into his eyes with your ‘I’m in control’ look, don’t talk, ignore his questions, and use any parts of your body to caress his.
Slowly walk around him, and then when you are facing him (maintain that eye contact) use a fingerhail to scratch down the side of his neck starting behind his ear, circle a nipple, and then continue down to his waistline, ending with a long, slow horizontal scratch along his waist.
