It may not be as hard as you think to drop a few pounds and feel great about yourself. When you get in touch with your true essence, make efforts to love and care for your body and become more self-aware you'll be surprised how easily you lose weight and have more vital energy. What really makes you more attractive to others is feeling good about yourself. Why Highlighting Your Flaws Makes You More Attractive
2. Stop Dieting And Eat More
Dieting has a negative connotation to most people and can lead to cycles of weight loss and weight gain. Start eating foods that are healthy and cause you to feel energetic. Eat healthy as a way of living. Nutritional foods are full of flavor and can be a lot of fun to prepare. Eat more nutritious food more often to balance your blood sugar. When you skip meals or don't eat enough, your body stores more fat. Eat lots of vegetables, nuts and berries. Eat whole foods like your grandma made. Eat organic.
3. Nurture Yourself
Stress causes weight gain by causing inflammation in the body and emotional or binge eating. Take time each day to get your needs met. Try meditating for 10-15 minutes several times a day. Take a hot relaxing bath in the evening. Get a massage once a week. Take a break when you need one. Try Yoga for balance and health. Deep breathe five times a day. Take time to do what you love and schedule creative time regularly. Get 7-8 hours of sleep eat night. When you make mistakes, forgive yourself instead of feeling guilty. Be good to yourself.
4. Avoid These Foods
High-fructose corn syrup is known to cause sugar addiction and cravings. Artificial sweeteners have no calories but cause your body to produce more insulin causing an increase in appetite. Low-fat foods are full of sugar, poor quality carbs and fillers. Don't eat them. Many people have food allergies and this causes their weight gain. Some of the more common food allergies are gluten and dairy sensitivity. To drop a few pounds and feel more energy, try cutting out things made with flour and dairy products.
5. Beat Bloating
Avoid bloating foods like breads, heavy desserts and fatty foods. Eat and drink in moderation. Limit alcohol to one or two drinks. Nurture and care for yourself so you're feeling your best. Dress in clothing you feel great in rather than what you think your date may like. Be light hearted and have fun!
