Using affirmations is a good way to retrain your mind to go to positive thoughts before negative ones. Some research shows human beings have 12,000–50,000 thoughts a day. So start affirming now so you can switch your thoughts from negative to positive and make an impact in you life.

I don't have to tell you diet and exercise are the best combination to get your figure ready for any occasion and eliminate those pesky love handles, but here is one secret I have used throughout the years to flatten my belly and tone my body: nightly sit ups, 500 to be precise. I bet if you do 500 sit ups every night from here to February 14, you will be more than ready for your date, you will be smoking hot!
