A good relationship starts with loving yourself—YourTango Experts teach us how it's done.

When the book The Secret came out, lots of people thought it was the answer to their prayers on how to find love. The powerful messages about how to attract love exploded in readers' minds and hearts, and it all led to one amazing conclusion: finding love was truly possible—but it starts within.

In this week-long YourTango Experts Spotlight, we're taking a holistic look at love to see how you can transform those pesky beliefs about yourself from negative to positive in an effort to be the love you want to attract. Whether you're single or married, the work this week will be the same: how can you look inside at the beliefs and attitudes you carry around and let go of ones that don't serve your highest goals for your love life?

To answer these questions, we took this challenge to our Experts and asked them to share advice on how this kind of transformation is possible. Over the next seven days we'll be looking at five areas that Experts suggest need some attention to break negative love cycles and establish positive ones: your relationships with your body, your higher power, your time, your shadow self and how you give to others.

Additionally two of our Experts will share their first-hand experience transforming their lives from lonely and stuck to loved and liberated.

In the spirit of our past challenges (31 Days To A Better Sex Life & the 31-Day Love Life Makeover) we wanted to bring you a diverse, educated set of articles that would shine a spotlight on the powerful role that your relationship with your self has on your ability to attract and sustain love.

Experts will be around all week to answer questions and connect with you about any issues you may be facing and how you can take ownership of this sometimes painful, and always powerful, issue. You can find them here.

So join us daily as dive in to one of the most prolific issues affecting love today: your relationship with your self. Follow this week-long spotlight here
