Who are You?

Who are You?
Who are You? The deep experience of the answer to that question anchors us in love and joy.

Who are you?

Are you, your preferences, you interests, your opinions?  If so, how come these change throughout ‘your’ life?  Aren’t You something much more Core and Eternal than any of that?  Without fully recognizing and truly experiencing that Core of the Real You, how can you feel truly anchored and confident in your life?

Who are You?   That is the question to ask and answer before other important questions that need to be answered to create a rewarding life. Questions like:

What are you here for?

What is your purpose in life?

Even more of a concern for many of us is our “self-esteem” and our self-confidence.

Do you love yourself?  Are you confident in Who you are?

To love yourself you need to know your Self.  What is the Self?  What is the self? What is the Soul?

Do you know and clearly experience these different aspects of your existence?

To come to clarity regarding you true Self is often life changing, bringing confidence, peace and joy.

This deep experiential knowing of Self is the theme of this year’s Annual Nature Healing Retreat or Quest.  A deepening process I have facilitated for the past 13 years on a 17 piece of land in the foot hills of the White Mountains, in Hiram, ME.

Even without this powerful theme the annual Nature Healing Retreat or Quest is always at least a life shifting experience for participants if not life changing.

This year the experience will be anchored in answering this question of ‘Who You are?’ and from that answer will likely come much deeper insight, even knowingness of what you are here for and what your purpose in this life truly is.

The first two days of the Nature Healing Retreat or ‘quest’ as it is often referred to by past participants, are community days in which together we will explore the inner depths of consciousness experience our real Self. We will anchor into it, through a number of guided experiences including visualizations, meditations, breath-work, and inner guidance.

The solo days of quest will deepen our self-knowledge and the natural Self-love found within us, as we are held and nurtured in the arms of Nature.

Then on the final days we will all come back together and share the gift of who we are with each other and those who may also come to receive us.

This year’s Nature Healing Retreat (quest) will be held September 21 through 27.  There are still some spaces left. The fee is a sliding scale $750-600.

10 Steps Toward Inner Peace And Conflict Resolution

Our world's level of stress seems to be increasing. I hear about it on a personal level from many of the people that I work with. The tendency for strong positional perceptions and their accompanying conflicts seems prevalent personally, socially, politically and globally: Wall Street vs. Main Street; conservative vs. liberal; terrorists intent on blowing ... "When there is light in our soul, There is beauty in the body, When there is beauty in the body There is harmony in the home, When there is harmony in the home There is order in the nation, When there is order in the nation There is peace in the world." This beautiful poem of Nigerian folk wisdom was shared with me years ago by my ... Read more

A Humbling Insight

Yesterday morning I continued to find that beautiful, deeply peaceful place I can only inadequately describe as the source of consciousness inside. A relaxed, sweetly blissful, deeply silent space that is more spacious than space. I was able to spend the better part of an hour there. The rest of the day was so filled with graceful ease. During a session ... Read more
