When Your One True Love Cannot Commit
3 tips to help couples who cannot seem to commit.

Being the partner of a commitment phobic is not easy. You are pushed, pulled and patient and many times you have to walk away. If you struggle with fear of commitment, it is important that you realize your partner cannot take it away. You have to be willing to feel the fear, talk about the fear and do the thing you fear the most. Understanding why we are the way we are, is the first step, but it’s not enough. Taking the action required to fix the problem and heal the hurt is always the most difficult step, but the only step that will overcome a fear of commitment.—Mary Jo Rapini
