Chances are you’re probably here because you’re a passionate and savvy woman but something is missing. You crave more confidence expressing yourself in the bedroom – and out in the world. You’re tired of “coloring inside the lines” and worrying too much about what other people think. And some of you also don’t think of yourself as artists but long to express your creative spirit. You know you’re capable of more, but just not sure how to get there.
Imagine what it will be like to work with a coach to make yourself a priority. Someone who is non- judgmental, 100% rooting for you and wants you to feel all the joy and freedom that come with being true to your heart and expressing yourself. I know your sexuality and creativity is very personal. As a professionally trained coach, I am committed to keeping anything you email or we talk about confidential. I respect the challenge it is to go beyond what your automatic pattern is and try something new and reach out for support for yourself.
You don’t have to go it alone. If you decide to work with me, I’ll be on your team as your partner, your advocate, the person who challenges you to stretch outside your comfort zone and who you get to truly be yourself with. I’ll support you get clear on what you want and work with you to strip down the things in your way.
I believe being engaged and empowered in your sexuality and creativity is important for women of all ages. When we are in action in these areas, it is an energy booster and fuels other areas of life – like relationships, wellbeing and career. It creates more joy, pleasure and excitement. It deepens your connection with yourself and others. My clients and I have experienced it for ourselves first hand -- and you can too.
What I do as a self-expression coach for women is the perfect intersection of my lifelong passion for creativity and sexuality paired with my professional training. I graduated from an intensive in-person coaches training program at Accomplishment Coaching and I hold my coaching credential from the ICF, International Coaching Federation.
I’ve spoken at conferences, on panels and led workshops on topics of self-expression, sexuality and non-monogamous relationship styles in NYC, Toronto, DC and Philadelphia.
My first career is graphic design and art direction. I continue to pursue my own creative self-expression in new ways to keep myself on my toes. I recently started painting and writing poetry.
