Thoughts create electrical impulses within your energetic field. Emotions are magnetic in nature. Your body holds an electromagnetic charge occurred during alarming event of the past, similar to your current situation. You body stores this information in order to give you a reference point when you need to make a decision about your present life. When something similar occurs, it “talks” to you, creating an uncomfortable feeling, so you would not get into trouble again. This inner signal protects you.

Unless you consciously resolve all the issues within this old experience (and I am happy to help you with it), you will continue attracting similar experiences, It feels like having a craving for something that you know is not good for you, then getting it just because it satisfies your need for beating yourself up afterwards.

Habitually we are often focused on what is missing in our relationships. Feeling of lack creates an attraction field that magnetizes experiences that support this reality. It is especially true for singles, trying to meet Mr./Ms. Right or people in unfulfilling relationships. Your focus is not just a thought form. Your attention point creates a physical response that is being transmitted through your nervous system, reaching every cell of your body. I simple act of focusing your attention on symbols, messages and interactions that make you feel good can make you look energetic, youthful, and attractive just as sad, depressing thoughts wipe off the smile off your face, making your look tired and even unwell.

It is up to you to choose the focus of your daily interactions. You can simply make a decision to stop looking for what you think is missing and start noticing and using more of what you love and enjoy. I am not proposing here to ignore what feels wrong. This has to be addressed promptly when both partners have an opportunity to talk about it neutrally. What I am suggesting is to encourage and emphasize what is working in your relationship, so there are more loving, romantic, sensual chemicals floating through your bodies. Notice your habitual the focus, change it to something worth admiring and watch how positive traits of your partner start jumping into your awareness more and more often.

Examine your current relationships.
Are you getting involved into unpleasant yet so familiar circumstances again and again?
Are you attracting relationships that vividly remind you of revolting family relations?
Are you unconsciously inviting these incidents into your life because this is was the only Love expression you experienced before?

Stop Mistaking Fulfilling Your Needs for Love. Just Love!

Love is not an act. It is a feeling that you can experience in many different ways. Participating in relationships of mutual giving without agendas, resentments or need for rewards is only one of the ways in which you can co-create Love. When needs, demands and personal agendas secretly rule your love life, you are setting yourself for many disappointments and misfortunes.

If you are looking for a royal feast, you need to be able to choose your dishes. When you starving, your hunger is driving you into decisions and actions that produce need based co-dependant relationships. It is important to identify any needs and cravings that you try to gratify using your relationship partners and then shift your attention to satisfying these needs on your own. Only then you would be a King and a Queen of your relationship Universe and not a Lady-in-waiting or unfortunate beggar.


If you want to be in a fulfilling relationship, become conscious about your true intentions.

How can you do that? Develop clarity about what are you are hungry for. Imagine that you have special compartments in your stomach that regularly crave for those few necessities and make a commitment to satisfy your hunger. Without judging yourself or your partner, starts noticing which of your daily activities are “driven” by those “hungry” sensations and how often do you feel that. When the sense of illusionary emptiness is crying to be filled, understand what kind of experience triggers this feeling. See your agendas in the re-occurring themes in your relationship quarrels. Notice how Universal Law of Attraction delivers you what you are subconsciously asking for.

Once you learn your inner secrets, be authentic in your communication with yourself and others about what would you like to experience, without adding any judgment, blame or sadness about it.
Rise above emotional reaction based in the feeling about what is missing in your relationship and choose to receive it in a different way.
It is imperative for a strong trusting relationship to find the way to simultaneously honor all three things worthy of your attention: yourself, your partner and your relationship.
What you think is missing in your life maybe just a frequency away.

When you emanate the frequency of the feeling you are looking for, you magnetize people and events carrying this vibration into your life. How do you think you would be feeling once your desire is fulfilled? Find some other ways to experience more of this sensation right now. Do not take this idea too lightly! Thoughts, pictures, feelings colors, sounds, flavor - everything is just a frequency in a full spectrum of our vibrational universe. Remembering or experiencing them can give you a missing frequency of the feeling you are looking for. Be your words, see your colors everywhere, and listen to the sounds to create inner harmony that matches and attracts external expressions of your heart desires.

As I love myself, I emanate more love to others
