About Kitty Robinson

I now see the beauty in everything and the path to getting there was personal and spiritual growth as well as becoming Mindful. I connected with my true soul which took losing some people but it was all in GOD’s plan. The awakening of my soul is the best thing that happened which allowed me to be the best in my profession as well as my personal life. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor that maintains a private practice in Little Rock Arkansas. I am the mother of two beautiful daughter’s ages 19 and 5. Being a parent is the most rewarding job I have ever had. My hope is for my daughter’s to always stay true to themselves no matter what adversities they may face.

I'm also a Motivational Speaker that is passionate about helping victims of domestic violence overcome their trauma and abuse issues. I have spoken at events such as the At Girls Promise conference (encouraging young girls), Black Women and Mental Health (Saving our last nerve), Spring Refresher (Encouraging and empowering women to overcome trauma and abuse), Suicide Prevention, Women’s Conference on Mental Illness and was honored this year at the Power of Faith 2nd Annual Conference for making a difference in the community. I was also featured on “The Everything Purpose Radio Talk and Coach Show” discussing Christian perspective on how to deal with societal stress, systematic marginalization, and racial tension in our world today.

I have been in the mental health field for over ten years and practicing therapy for four years. I’ve worked in school settings, day treatment programs, and as an outpatient clinical therapist. I have experience working with children, adults, couples and families. I graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I practice from a Holistic Approach with interest in engaging and developing the whole person emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually because I think it’s important for a person to connect on all levels. My hope and dream is for everyone to connect with their true self and find purpose in life. My motto in life is “Change is Possible” and I feel all change comes from deepening one’s understanding of self. Life is a journey to find out who we are and to find true inner peace. When you’ve captured this, you are at the highest level of life.
