I used to feel alone

So, what has contributed to a sense of peace with feeling alone is creating deeper more profound relationships. I thought I already had that before, ohh I had no idea how deep you can go with love and how much we block it!

When are you alone, notice how that feels for you. Do you try to find a way out of it? Do you mask it by shopping, working, or eating?  Are you totally okay with being alone because it is just easier? Notice it. Meditate on it. See what comes up for you.
