Do you want to change your own behavior, or that of your children? I offer short-term, solution-focused processes (typically 10-12 sessions) to change specific thoughts and behaviors that might be interfering with your happiness. I relate very well with children, teens, and parents, but also love working with adults and elders. Sure, if you are just looking for a buddy, I'm pretty friendly and we can sit and talk once a week; but I'd much rather we roll up our sleeves and work side-by-side to improve your life, and that of your family!
Trained as a Behavior Analyst, I specialize in helping change specific behaviors, your own, or your children's. Also trained and experienced in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and EMDR, I can help you change the thoughts and behaviors that are interfering with your happiness, including depression, anxiety and traumatic stress.
I am extremely open-minded and non-judgmental. Specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and EMDR enable me to offer help to severely traumatized children and adults who want to overcome their fear and anger and more fully connect with the people in their lives.
