You Deserve To Be Loved!

You Deserve To Be Loved!
Here's what to do when that nagging internal voice (or any voice) tells you any different!

Turn off the negative thinking.

So the next time you hear that inner voice telling you that you're no good, that you messed up, or whatever it is that she's telling you, just stop. Stop and listen to that voice, and recognize it for what it is - your own negative thinking. And then softly quiet that voice and tell her exactly who you are, how much you have going for you, and just how much you deserve to be loved. Because you do. Just by your very existence. Just by being alive. Just by being human. Just by being you. And all that you are. It doesn’t matter where you’ve been or what you’ve been through. You are beautiful. It's time to believe in yourself, and celebrate you.

You, my radiant, loving, caring, compassionate friend, deserve to be loved!
