As the saying goes, "what a difference a day makes," or in this case a good night's sleep. I cannot tell you how much better I feel after having gotten 8 full hours of uninterrupted sleep! My mind, body, and spirit were just so low the past few days. And with just a little bit of rest, I am right as rain.
I also took the night off from working out and I went to bed early. I woke early, worked out twice and ate well for the day. And I feel great! Invincible even. I can't believe it. I keep saying it as I learn it, it's not about getting it right, it's about giving your body what it needs when it needs it. When you notice and imbalance in anything thing ask yourself what it is you need. A quick acronym is HALT.
