While exercise is clearly an important parameter for a healthy sperm count, it’s not the only thing men can do to improve the health of their sperm. Dr. Norian advises his patients to make healthy choices in all areas of their life.
“I encourage men to take a multivitamin daily,” says Dr. Norian. “Similar to women, not smoking, avoiding excess alcohol, and eating a healthy diet are also important for male fertility. Minimizing your television viewing will likely help as well. So get moving!”
