About Gail Tolbert

Winner of the 2016 SHRM Pegasus Award for HR Leadership and Innovation, Gail Tolbert has spent over 20 years as an accomplished Operations and Human Capital professional  with blended expertise in start–up and growth environments at both corporate and consultant levels. With a focus on driving organizational efficiencies utilizing strong coaching and project management talents, she works with the C Suite to drive performance and productivity results. Gail is known as a trusted advisor in delivering strategic solutions clearly linked to corporate goals, building collaborative relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and staff.

Over the past year, Gail has shifted the focus of her consulting practice to address one of the largest pain points and biggest barriers to success in organizations today; strategic talent acquisition and retention.  As a leadership development consultant with Predictive Results, Gail works closely with the Board of Directors and the C Suite, using workforce analytics to optimize the performance and potential of individuals, teams and organizations.

In addition to her consulting practice, Gail is an executive coach, focusing her work in the areas of leadership, change management, career change, life balance and confidence.

Gail holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Emory University and a Masters of Science in HR Management from Georgia State University.

Outside of her busy professional life, Gail is heavily involved in her community.  She currently serves as President of the Performing Arts Board at Riverwood International Charter School, Family Partner Lead with Lighthouse Family Retreat, and now in her third year, serves regularly on the Guest Services Team at Buckhead Church.

Gail enjoys spending time with her husband Randall and their two very active teenagers Ansley and Simon.  She is an avid snow skier and runner and has a passion for traveling to new places, as well as participating in Tough Mudder events.
