Winter isn't for everyone. Learn to make the most of it!
2. Stay physically active. Avoid the winter weight-gain see-saw and stay active. Not only will you keep the pounds off but you will also maintain your beauty glow. Remember that winter months tend to be rough on our skin and nobody wants to go into spring like a blown-up crocodile. Exercising indoors can be difficult if you don't have enough space but Kristin Mcgee has great tips for workouts you can do at home that also improve circulation and skin tone.
3. Don't stop dating. Married or single, the only way to experience romance is to invest time in it. Don't give up on your needs for companionship just because it's cold (fine, freezing) outside. Get creative. Maybe you work out together or you create dates around your new hobbies or you find a coed sauna in town — the point is to not allow the weather to dictate your love life. After all, we are not literally hybernating bears.
4. Create a plan for your New Year's resolutions. The problem with New Year's resolutions is they start smack in the middle of winter. Seriously, who can be productive in January? You can! If you are single, find simple, small steps you can take to move closer to your goals. If you have love resolutions, check out "New Love Resolution" and get started on your dating game plan. Use your indoor time to do research, create the spreadsheets and line up the resources to make your plans go smoothly later on.
