A day-by-day summary of how Dr. Martha Tara Lee masturbated everyday for 30 minutes for 30 days.
I completed my 30-Day Orgasmic Yoga Journey on Tues, December 17, and I have been busy editing and putting up the remaining videos — on top of my usual workload of seeing clients, tracking news feed and what not. This is, therefore, a bit overdue. I did want to summarise how I went about my Orgasmic Yoga practice with a day-by-day break down for those who are curious about what I did without having to sit down and watch all the videos.
You may think I am a bit of an exhibitionist. I don't blame you for judging me. I decided to do Orgasmic Yoga (for the third time), at first, to provide moral support for one of my clients whom I encouraged to embark on such a journey. The idea of sharing my journey publicly and the possibility of this challenge being able to do good for a lot of people later emerged.
So far, I can see that some good has come from this project, and I choose to trust that there will be no adverse consequences to my practice or reputation. So here it goes. Read on to learn about my experience and to see if this is something you can benefit from.
Day 1: Massaged clitoris with fingers + conscious breathing
Day 2: Focused on opening up my heart centre while massaging my vulva
Day 3: Upon waking up (a new way everyday so this one was about the time!)
Day 4: Genital massage + thrusting
Day 5: Genital massage + doing PC squeezes (or also known as Kegel exercise or Kegels)
Day 6: Gently stroking the clitoris
Day 7: With sex toy Touch Me by Nomi Tang over underwear; including on all 7 chakra from feet to top of head
Day 8: Touch Me over underwear; including arms. Opened legs like Butterly Wings and moved them back and fro.
Day 9: Touch Me inside vagina. Ended with three orgasms.
Day 10: Touch Me in spooning position; moving vibrator up spine, back of body, head + clitoris from the back
Day 11: Leges against wall; Touch Me inside vagina + sounds
Day 12: Touch Me outside underwear. Focusing on stillness.
Day 13: With music. Wanted to but could not orgasm.
Day 14: Vibrator not turned on. No orgasm. Just noticing.
Day 15: Used sex toy Leaf Vitality in vagina. Turned it off with it still inside.
Day 16: Leaf Vitality runs out of battery. Did gentle thrusting. Focused on letting go of anger at guy who wanted "private demo"
Day 17: Charged Leaf Vitality. Used bigger "leaf" in vagina. Better access. Thrusting motions. Tried to but did not have orgasm.
Day 18: Used both sex toys Touch Me and Leaf Vitality. Touch Me in vagina; Leafe Vitality on clitoris. Had orgasm.
Day 19: Did energy orgasm.
Day 20: Did another energy orgasm but built on energy after Christmas party + dancing.
Day 21: Used Leaf Vitality on clitoris, lying sideways.
Day 22: Used Touch Me along my spine + all over body, lying on side.
Day 23: Used Leaf Vitality, lying on side. Including on feet.
Day 24: Energy Orgasm. This time from base chakra all the way up to the third eye immediately.
Day 25: Used Touch Me in doggie position. Focusing on clitoris.
Day 26: Sitting in my study. Massaged vulva with fingers over underweat.
Day 27: Used both sex toys Touch Me and Leaf Vitality. Touch Me on my heart; Leaf Vitality all over my body, including face.
Day 28: Sitting. Cross legged on a high chair. Leaf Vitality on clitoris.
Day 29: Sitting in my study. Used both sex toys Touch Me and Leaf Vitality, each alongside my outer labia (outer lips).
Day 30: Used Touch Me over my underwear at the entrance of my anus.
So, do I look different at the end of my 30 days than when I started? You can decide from this video where I have put together one photo from each day. It is less than 30 seconds.
