"I don’t know who I am anymore! My confidence is gone." This is how I felt during my divorce, and for years after it, too. It has taken a huge amount of time for me to really be comfortable in my own skin. I finally do, but the question is: why did it take so long?
Why did I rely so heavily ...
When I coach my clients, the place we journey to is a place called gratitude. In fact, I dedicate an entire chapter in my book Goodbye Mr Ex

The subjects of submission and domination in sex are generally "taboo" because they paint a picture of dingy dark rooms, where strangers get together to practice unthinkable acts. Images of leather-clad dominatrixes and men being whipped, tied up, and gagged conjure up other-worldly, ...
I have come to the conclusion that life after divorce does not happen for those who decide that they do not want it. For some, the buck stops with their breakup, and moving on with life becomes difficult as they keep focusing on who did what to whom and why their exes still give them grief. If you're reeling ...
has been finalized, and you've arrived at the acceptance stage. You think to yourself, "It's all done now! But wait ... why do I feel so awful and lost?"
The truth is, many women feel this way post-divorce. All of the ...
"Before coming to Marina, I was confused, upset and obsessing about my ex and thinking that i would never get over him. After just 6 short sessions with Marina going through the method. I was able to free myself of the pain, start dating men and am now friends with my ex. I think what is interesting also is that it has further healed the relationship with my Mum and my sister and allowed me to see that when I think I have shown up as hurtful to others sometimes I have been the gift that they needed to heal something too. I feel free and truly empowered. Thank you Marina." Alicia
“Talking and working through the exercises with Marina and reading her book “Your right to be wrong in relationships” has changed my life. When I met Marina I was very confused, I knew I was doing something very wrong, but couldn’t for the life of me work out what it was. The exercises I worked through with Marina helped me to see the patterns and situations I create not only in my relationships but also in my work, life style and choice of hobbies. I was able to evaluate both sides of these, the positive and the negative, a revelation for me a person who thinks in very black/white patterns.
I suddenly saw that it was me who entered into these types of relationships/jobs/hobbies and for the first time I was able to understand why, the good things and the bad things that these experiences were giving me. I also understood what i had gained from my loss of relationship with my partner, how positive people and experiences had replaced negative ones and see how this now benefits me and my life. It was like a light switching on.
I realised and understood that i am tired – tired of entering these relationships, tired of working where i do, tired of battling out my hobbies. This year, 2012, i am now looking forward to creating a new peaceful kind of life for myself free from tiresome circumstances and people. I would encourage anyone who is at a point in their relationships or life, who are are aware they are doing something wrong but aren’t quite sure just what, to work with Marina and read her book it may just switch on a light for you too. I would like to express my deepest thanks to Marina for taking the time to help me when i needed it most.” Ceri Edwards
