The Least & Most Open-Minded Cities In Online Dating
Wondering if your city is open-minded when it comes to online dating? Check out this data from Zoosk

Are you an open-minded single looking for other people totally with a different view of the world or someone who has a different religion than you? My friends over at Zoosk have gathered some data over a 3-month period from over 1 million plus conversations between their subscribers (who had exchanged more than 2 messages).

Shayan Zadeh, Co-Founder and CEO of Zoosk announced, “Our open-mindedness study of singles across the United States uses Zoosk’s wealth of data and knowledge of trends to shed light into cities’ behavioral dating patterns. We use this information to help our daters find their perfect match.” With that being said, if you are open-minded, according to their study, you might want to stay away from the least open-minded cities in the US. Ultimately, having a great online dating profile is key to getting good dates that could lead to lots of fun and romance.

Here are the 10 Top least open-minded cities according to Zoosk.

1. Raleigh, North Carolina
2. San Jose, California
3. Birmingham, Alabama
4. Richmond, Virginia
5. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (If you don’t bleed black and gold, I would consider at least liking the Steelers in this town if you are single).
6. Washington DC (I’m also guessing that if you’re a Democrat, steer clear of the  Republicans. This is from my very unscientific guesstimation).
7. San Diego, California
8. Atlanta, Georgia
9. Riverside, California
10. Orlando, Florida (I don’t think Mickey Mouse would consider dating anyone except another mouse).

Zoosk findings did take into consideration difference in age, height, children, religion, body type previous marriages, smoking patterns, drinking patterns, and education. You can see the infographic here. So if you want to date a shorty and you’re an Amazonian, check out theses cities for those who will embrace your differences.
