If you struggle with a less than stellar attitude but want to change, start by surrounding yourself with more positivity. Get some motivational audio books and listen to them. Create a list of positive intentions for your day. What would you want your day to look like? Make a list in the morning over coffee. Spend more time with “glass half-full people” and less with whiners. You’ll be amazed at how these things change your attitude from “I’ll probably fail if I try to do this”, to “I CAN do this!” And guess what…you CAN!
