About Debbie Pincus
I have been in private practice for over 25 years and a parent and marriage coach for the past 15 years. I work with individuals, parents, children/adolescents, families and couples. My offices are located in Manhattan, Larchmont, NY and Greenwich, CT. I was Director of Counseling at The College of Mt. St. Vincent for 10 years.
I lead parent groups and conduct seminars privately as well as through Greenwich Hospital and The Relationship Center. I facilitate workshops and seminars throughout the U.S. I serve on the Board of the Larchmont/Mamaroneck Counseling Center and the Total Transformation Advisory Board.
My post- graduate training was at the Gestalt Institute of New York and the Bowen Family Institute of Georgetown. I am also trained in cognitive-behavioral and dialectic behavioral therapy. I am a certified Screamfree Parent and Marriage Coach.
I am married, have three grown children and live in Westchester County, NY.
The Relationship Center
I founded the Relationship Center in 1991. As Executive Director and a licensed counselor, I offer a solution-based approach to relationship difficulties. The Center’s unique and highly effective approach, based on family systems theory, offers practical advice that has helped many people turn around their relationships.
The Center offers parenting groups and one-to-one parent coaching, seminars and workshops as well as couples counseling, individual therapy, relationship counseling, in-home consulting, family therapy and counseling for children and adolescents.
Most relationships have conflicts. I will help you see that by developing yourself you will develop your relationships and grow through your conflicts.
I have written seven books on interpersonal relations entitled: Interactions, Citizenship, Manners Matter, Feeling Good About Yourself, Feeling Good About Others, Sharing and Getting Control of Your Anger.The books are published by Good Apple Publishing Company.
