It Make 'Cents' For College Students To Delay Marriage
Are you a college gal over 30, worried about finding love? Turns out waiting can be a good thing.

Pursuing your career as your first priority out of college allows you to really focus while you are free. You have time to apply yourself, work over-time if needed and acquire the skills that allow you to earn a higher income later on. This is the advice that so many parents and authority figures recommend and according to the report, it does pay off.

However, as a dating coach for women over 40, I have spoken to so many who let their careers keep them single longer than they like. You don't want to avoid dating, isolate yourself from men or lose touch with the flirting skills of your youth.

Don't sacrifice your love life for your career too long.
Just because you are climbing the corporate ladder doesn't mean you have to steer clear of relationships. I encourage my clients to strive for some sort of balance between career and dating. The feeling of career success is a sweet reward, but is it necessary at the expense of having someone to share your life with? I don't think it is.

For myself, I spent my entire 20s and 30s focused on my career. When I hit 40, I was in shock to realize I didn't have a romantic partner. I feared love had passed me by and was devastated and hopeless. But then, I got as serious about finding love as I had been about my career. And it worked! I found love after 40 and married the adorable man who has been my husband now for nearly 13 years.

The right time to get married.
For this reason, no matter what your age or romantic history, I want to encourage, inspire and provide hope that you can find love. The right man for you is out there. You need to make room in your hectic schedule to meet men and date, but it's completely worth it. As one of my matchmaker friends says, "No one looks back on their dating life after finding love to say 'What a waste of time that was!'"

If you or someone you know is struggling to find love, I am ready to help with expert dating advice and coaching. You can get more tips by downloading my FREE book 5 Big Turnoffs That Drive Men Away. And if you want to ask me questions directly, join the Inner Circle and call in on the first Monday of the month. My goal is to help you find love with the right man as quickly as possible and avoid the many potential pitfalls along the way.
