I am a certified Life Coach who specializes in building stronger marriages and helping those who decide to divorce navigate the divorce process and move on to a richer more fulfilling life afterward.

As a Certified Coach with more than 7 years experience, I have an extensive professional background in dealing with inter-personal relationships and divorce. As a Divorce Coach I work with clients to help the transition from married to single remain respectful and constructive. This minimizes conflict and enhances good will for the future.

It is my goal to help people focus on their goals for the future as well as the present, and prepare them to be “their best” during and after the divorce process.

As a Marriage Educator, I work with clients to strengthen and equip them to be more successful in their roles as marriage partners. I focus on teaching a couple relationship skills, not fixing relationship problems. I provide clients with tools and practical examples that allow them to create their own solutions for their relationship problems. I work with individuals and couples offering the experience and expertise that supports people in negotiating difficult life and relationship issues.

The Reason I Became A Helping Professional

My passion for coaching comes from my own life experience with marital problems and eventual divorce. I know first hand the pain of watching a marriage disintegrate and the feeling of helplessness. My ex and I were ill-equipped to handle the problems in our marriage. We lacked the skills to find solutions to the problems we experienced.

When the marriage was over I looked back and felt emotionally responsible to help those whose marriages were in trouble. The grief over the loss of my own marriage spurred me into action. If I can save others from going through what my family went through I've done my job.

Once my divorced was filed, we entered into the divorce process. It is a minefield that most are unprepared to navigate. As an advocate for those going through a divorce I am driven to help others plot a course through the emotional and legal process of divorce in a way that will lessen any negative impact on all involved.

My goal, through my writing and coaching is to give pro-active support and accurate information to help people maintain focus and control during a difficult period in your life.
