Rob Fusari says Lady Gaga owes him $30.5 M since they broke up, and that "all business is personal."

Talk about a bad romance! Lady Gaga's ex-boyfriend, producer Rob Fusari, is suing her for $30.5 million, declaring that he is responsible for her rise to mega-stardom.

According to The Hufington Post, Fusari is claiming "he co-wrote some of her songs, came up with her stage name and helped get her a record deal."

Apparently, he's not too thrilled with being left behind after putting so much work into Gaga's success. On HuffPo, we learn that "Fusari is saying his protege and former girlfriend ditched him as her career soared." Whiner, much?

The two decided to...ahem....collaborate on a more personal level, and then teamed up to start a business. As with most instances in which business mixes with pleasure, the partnership—both personal and professional—ended poorly. Maybe he couldn't take the competition for Gaga's affections. Now, Fusari says he's owed 20 percent of song royalties, 15 percent of revenue for merchandise, and other fees that aren't specified. It seems that the $611,000 checks he's received aren't enough.

Besides being a scorned lover, Fusari is a songwriter and music producer who is credited on "Bootylicious" by Destiny's Child and "Wild, Wild West" by Will Smith. He also worked on Gaga's hit single "Paparazzi."

We hope the next person the costumed crooner dates is more worthy of her. Lady Gaga Is Looking For Love, Boyfriend
