About BEV ARON

Hey! Thank you for stopping by. I’m a Master Certified Life and Weight Coach, which means I'm lucky to spend my days helping  women all around the world, who are seeking relief from suffering, and have come to realize that their suffering is largely created in their minds. When I learned this, my whole life changed, because what it meant was that I had the power to create my entire life experience, no matter what was going on around me. I use this knowledge, and the tools I have learnt and created for my clients, in my life every day, and I am more alive, joyful and vibrant than I ever was. In addition to my coaching career, I’m raising four crazily wonderful children and I love to work out (proof that life coaching works - before I started on this path I was entirely sedentary except for long slow walks and gentle yoga!), read, learn, connect with people I love, cook, travel, and binge watch Grey’s Anatomy or Suits with my kids!

I’m 53 years old, and for most of my life I see-sawed between being fat and thin and everywhere in between. My weight struggle was foremost in my mind most of the time, even though I was living a full and fulfilling life, and you would never have guessed how tormented I was by my inability to control myself around food. i realized 25 years ago that diets were not the answer, and that I was an emotional eater. But I had NO idea what to do about it, and I read every book on the subject, tried hypnosis, energy healing, chiropractor, and tons of mind-body healing techniques to solve my problem. They all worked for a while, and then, without realizing it, I was back on my binge-cleanse seesaw. What I know now is that the reason all these ‘fixes’ were temporary is that I was asking someone external to fix a problem I had unknowingly created with my own mind. I am so grateful for my persistence, and that I eventually  stumbled on life and weight coaching, which I have now made my life’s work. The main difference between coaching and all the other techniques I tried is that I had to to do the hard work. With guidance from my coach, I dug around and found all my limiting beliefs about msyelf, about life, and about food and my body, and shone a light on each one. The ones that didn’t feel good, I gave myself permission to ditch them and replace my thoughts with a new belief system that felt better to me and served my life and weight loss goals. I chose to believe that I could lose weight permanently and have fun while doing it. And I did. Of course. Because our thoughts create our results. Every time. Now I spend my days coaching women who want to examine their minds in order to lose weight and/or live fuller lives, knowing that they have the power and tools to create their own glorious experience.
