Sometimes letting go means separation. Often times, letting go has to happen within a relationship. It means letting go of patterns, control, fear, judgement, denial, blaming, over protection, arguing, changing, regret, guilt, rescuing and so much more.
Every relationship has its challenges, and one of the secrets of happiness and serenity is to let go.
