About Amelia Kriss

I'm a Life Coach and Creative Arts Therapist. But you might call me a fire starter, heart holder, dream tender. I work with people who long to feel not just comfortable but radiant in their own skin, life, and purpose; who feel like they're missing a small-but-essential part of the puzzle.

I invite my clients to know their own strengths intimately, to see them clearly, and to offer their specific brilliance to the world (unapologetically).

I know from my own path, and from supporting many other aspiring imperfectionists and over(whelmed)-achievers that "keeping it all together" drains our vitality, while authenticity and heart-led risk taking have the power to turn us all the way on.

As a Southern transplant now residing in the San Francisco Bay Area, I bring a lot of down-home warmth to my work, as well as deep respect for each and everyone’s chosen path.

I coach with a focus on self-acceptance and the belief that fulfillment is worth fighting for, and am especially interested in working with recovering people pleasers and nice girls who are on the hunt for more freedom, authenticity, and joy. Beyond Good Girl Metamorphosis, my areas of focus include: Postpartum Support, Creativity Coaching, working with fellow Healers & Helpers, and Therapeutic Theatre.

At the moment, my most favorite forms of self-care are toddler snuggles, intersectionalizing my feminism, and curse words.
