She Stopped Eating out of Boredom!

Are you an emotional eater? 

If you could stop eating out of boredom, due to stress, or for any emotion, does it make sense that you would have an easy time losing weight and keeping it off?

She Stopped Eating out of Boredom

Kathy, one of my permanent weight loss coaching clients, has done just this. While in the past she used to be an emotional eater, she isn't anymore!

She used to eat because she was bored; food was constantly calling to her.

Today, that behavior is a thing of the past. But what did she do? What's her secret?

Kathy changed her Inner Self and after doing that, her behaviors on the outside became healthy and struggle-free. She took control of her own mind and emotions and now she is the one in control of how she feels.

In the past, she lived like most do: how she felt was a reaction to what was going on "out there". The problem with living by reaction is that you cannot control what's out there! And since you can't, you turn to food.

What if you no longer turned to food (which only creates another problem...)?

I Was Eating When Stressed - Now I Don't Have the Need!
