I like this article. It's following along with what a lot of dating and relationship coaches are saying to their clients and to people nowadays. To not waste people's time, be warmly clear on where you want to go and whether or not that includes them. Clarity saves time, annoyance, and hurt feelings-- your own or others. It's something I always wanted more of from women before the advent of dating and relationship coaches. Other voices will counter and say that such treatment is to mechanical and not romantic. That it takes out the spontaneity of the moment. Here's how I handle it. When the time comes in the evening where hands are starting to be held at the dinner table, that's when you let people know what your intentions are with a warm voice and with heart. You want them and you also care about them as a human being at the same time. Let's assume for the sake of this that both people are capable of doing that. I know that not everyone out there is. That doesn't make them monsters. It lets them know what they have to work on. We all have our to-work-ons. Have your talk like Marni described, and go enjoy because if you do, there will always be future dates where spontaneity can bloom because everyone is on the same page. Let the whirlwind first date whirl, but then, have this little talk, and keep whirling even if it is clear that sex isn't on the menu this time around.

I linked to this article in my blog. I'll back up jenfromTO in saying situp-like exercises plus glutes exercises as well make a huge difference to a woman's erotic body image to others. The data from this gives me another piece to prove what I've said to my male clients for a while now. That much of the visual erotic cues we experience are there from Mother Nature to make babies.
