Are you facing a crisis or difficult time? Don't know what to do with your partner, tired of being in pain, not finding what you want? Contact me. I will help you change your life! I work with relationships conflict and dealing with break-ups. Do you find yourself repeating the same patterns such as losing yourself when in a relationship or it is difficult for you to connect to people?, do you have personality problems, self-esteem, depression & anxiety, trauma, body image or any type of grief & loss, then I can help you. I also help during transitions such as pre-marital, pregnancy & post-partum, parenting, divorce, and loss of a partner. My approach is not only to sit and listen with empathy but to also help you find solutions to your problems. A big part of therapy is art; I consider intuition my biggest strength. I am a Bilingual Mental Health Counselor Psychotherapist (English & Spanish). I have a Master's degree in Professional Counseling Psychology from Argosy University of Washington, DC, a Bachelors’ Degree in Communications from University of Piura, Peru, and a vast experience in social services. In addition, I believe my own personal journey provides me with the necessary skills to make a difference in people’s lives. My therapeutic approach is unique and incorporates the latest research in the psychological field and neuroscience. In addition to incorporating the concepts of traditional psychotherapy of bringing unconscious material to our consciousness, I pursue an emotional balance in your life. Many professionals use a specific therapeutic method for most of their clients. I start off from believing that every person is unique and every situation equally exclusive. Therefore, a particular modality or a combination of techniques will be the best fit for each client. I feel comfortable integrating a variety of therapeutic techniques into my treatment plans, from cognitive-behavioral techniques to psychodynamic insight oriented interpretation. I also try to offer my clients several options (short-term and long-term options) and discuss with them what best suit their needs in the moment. If you have any further questions about me or would like to know about how I can help you, please feel free to contact me.
