About Me

While specialising in International Management and Leadership and researching and writing my Master's thesis, I came across several early forms of coaching approaches, e.g. NLP, still a widely used technique in some coaching styles. From there on I have developed a genuine lifelong interest in emotional, spiritual and mental growth, clearing and empowerment. I naturally seek a gentle, respectful and kind, yet dynamic, proactive and always positive can-do approach to challenges and problems. Having worked many years as a Marketing, Training and Brand Manager in the world of international luxury cosmetics, I have been responsible for creating campaigns and events to inspire, educate, challenge and entertain corporate and public audiences worldwide. To be successful, I had to bring out the best in people by offering focused goals, objectives and dynamic encouragement, motivation and unfaltering support in a constantly fast moving and fast changing environment. There were clearly two main principles that created the most positive outcomes on a professional, corporate and personal level for both my teams and myself - confidence and clarity vis-a-vis results and outcomes with precise action plans moving forward. I started my own business first as an independent consultant in 2003 in London, England. Expanding to coaching was the logical next step for me. I have been an 'expat spouse/mother' for over 20 years. I have managed the changes and adjustments for my family over two continents and four countries, while still accommodating the demands of my own career. I am convinced we all already have the answers within ourselves to realise our true potential. We just need to find the answers to the right, powerful questions to uncover and tap into this intrinsic wisdom - and the courage to take charge and just do it! Both steps are what coaching is all about! My role is to coach you on that journey towards fulfilment and a realisation of your full potential in whatever goal you have set for yourself – be it personal, professional or physical, emotional, mental, intellectual and/or spiritual. The focus always remains on the client! You in your zone of wellbeing!

"Starting coaching was the key step in the the right direction for me. Tested method - proven results! Time and time again!

I have coached many women (and men for that matter) in their quest for a happy, fullfilling life. The goal is always to be the best you in your best life. And, yes, it is very possible! And often much closer than you thought!

My philosophy: Setting the right goal is everything. Too often we set unrealisic expectations - too much, too fast, without enough consideration to the whole. We also are way too often not clear on our intention and our own values. The result is it is harder to meet the expectations and, even worse, when we do, we still don't feel 'right'. This in turn can lead to increased discouragement, which can lead to less motivation in the future. To make successful lifestyle changes requires knowledge, time, and commitment - and unfaltering support. Leaping in to change before doing the necessary preparation is just another recipe for failure. Rather than expecting ourselves to make a change right away, we can instead learn about what we need to do to make a successful change.

My sure-fire success method: Set a goal to explore your intention (the WHY?) and your need to make a change, get the facts, find out what action steps are necessary, realistically assess the potential obstacles in your life to making these changes. Use this information to develop your own plan. We tend to be much more successful following through on plans we make than ones others make for us.
