Elaine specializes in empowering and improving performance of both individuals in all aspects of their lives. She has over 20 years of experience in financial services, human resources and international development. Her business experience spans large scale infrastructure projects, telecommunications, health services and consulting. Elaine has worked for the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Price Waterhouse and the World Bank. She has extensive experience in leading strategic change, working in culturally diverse environments and leadership development. Elaine has worked in over 25 countries on five continents. Elaine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Bucknell University and an MBA from George Washington University. She is also a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program and is accredited by the International Coach Federation. Elaine is also a licensed CPA.
