The Coalition for Marriage, Family, and Couples Education (CMFCE) a.k.a. "Smart Marriages" is a clearinghouse for information about marriage and marriage education. Organized in 1996, it is a coalition of relationship organizations and educators (coaches, mentors, therapists, counselors, lawyers, judges, researchers, etc) clergy, and policy makers dedicated to helping couples and families create healthy marriages and relationships.
An annual weeklong conference (including pre and post-conference training institutes) is held each summer in various U.S. locations. It is open to all members as well as the general public.
