Enter the Pumpkin Pie S'mores Cocktail. Rich chocolate bourbon sauce, sweet and crumbly graham cracker rim, pumpkin spiced cream martini. This cocktail may be the most perfect dessert you've ever poured into your mouth. Not too sweet, full of every flavor you've ever loved, absolutely gorgeous. This drink basically begs you to drink in everything you love, and let all the rest of the world go.

Pumpkin Pie S'mores Cocktail
- 2 marshmallows
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chocolate bourbon ice cream sauce
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/3 cup half-and-half
- 3 shots whipped vodka
- 1 cup ice
Thread marshmallows onto 4" skewers. Toast over a gas-burner flame (or over a hot electric stove burner). Set aside.
Coat the rim of two martini glasses with maple syrup, dip in graham cracker crumbs. Drizzle chocolate sauce into the bottom of both glasses. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, place pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, half and half, whipped vodka and ice. Shake and pour into prepared martini glasses. Serve topped with a toasted marshmallows. Enjoy!
