What gives us Stage Fright? Why is it that, what we want most to happen, then actually does, the nervousness and fear step in? Most would say that I am a go-getter and outgoing. When I attend gatherings and conferences, I don't have any trouble mingling and networking. I can walk right up to someone and introduce myself or ask them about themselves. I enjoy being social both on and offline.
For the past month, we've asked YourTango fans to take a survey for the chance to win a $100 gift card from Astroglide. We're not talking about a long, boring survey that will put you to sleep. We're talking about a quick, six-question survey about everyone's favorite topic: sex.

We want to know: what do you like to do with your friends? Are you all about Girls Night Out with dinner and dancing? Or do you prefer a Girls Night In with non-stop chat sessions and some serious couch time?

Everyone has a condom-buying strategy. Maybe you carefully navigate the entire store, pretending to shop for something else before making a quick swoop for the condoms, run to the register, pay, and run out.
We love the fun Spring 2012 fashion forecast, which includes bold colors, pastels, metallics, flirty prints, peplums (think Michelle Williams' Oscar dress) and eye-catching accessories. But, translating the runway trends to a hot date night outfit takes skill. What do you think—do you have what it takes? Show us what you got and enter our Spring Fashions For Date Night contest!
For the past week, we’ve been collecting all the reasons you need to break up with your ex, in 10 words or less! We are beyond impressed with some of the entries we’ve received. But there is still time to wow us even more!
Everyone has a reason to break up with their ex. Sometimes, it's because he's gay and it's definitely time to move on. Othertimes, it's because no matter who you're currently with, your old love is still preventing you from moving on. From now until Feb. 12, we're holding a contest where we are asking you to tell us, in 10 words or less, why you need to break up with your ex. Here are 12 of our favorite entries we've recieved so far.
From February 1-13, we are encouraging readers to get over their past relationships once and for all. Our Break Up With Your Ex campaign this year encourages readers to give themselves a "break-over"—aka a makeover, inside and out, aimed at helping you get over your ex. As incentive, we're hosting a "Why I Need To Break Up With My Ex—In 10 Words Or Less" giveaway offering 10 great prizes aimed at helping you break free from feeling tied to your ex.
February 1st marks the start of YourTango's second annual 'Break Up With Your Ex' campaign! For the first two weeks of February, we'll be sharing great articles, expert advice, survey results and more about how to successfully cut ties from your past love and move on to a better, healthier, sexier you! To kick things off, we'll be hosting a fun party on Twitter, and you're invited!
I was 16 and on my Christmas list I had written: a necklace, earrings and the Mulan soundtrack. (Yes, I was awkward at 16.) Here is what I got: A CD player, the Mulan soundtrack and a Barbie. My mom told me it would be my last Barbie. My eye roll was so huge, it was almost audible. And despite the fact that I got a soap making kit when I was 15, that Barbie is the worst present I have ever recieved.
