This is the first in a series of articles sharing my 5 Keys to Finding Hope and Finding Him. This was the topic of my free telecall this week and of my upcoming 8-part telecourse starting October 17. A single man I know once said, "If a woman doesn't seem to love herself, why should I love her?" That makes sense. Keep in mind that: • The way you treat yourself is how others will treat you. • What you expect from people is what you will receive.
It warms my heart that after having their engagement unceremoniously broken off by Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, and suffering the humiliation of an ill-timed wedding photo shoot, Kristin Cavallari is doing so well.
If you’ve ever seen any type of dating advice about how to make someone feel special on a date, the advice is usually geared toward guys who want to make a woman feel special. But what about the woman who wants to go out of her way to make her man feel special? The holiday season is almost here. It seems like yesterday we were making our New Year’s resolutions for 2011: to lose weight, maybe, or get out of debt, find a better job, find love. You could take your date to a gypsy and she could sit you down and let you know whether or not you should even bother ordering dessert.
Years ago there was a very attractive woman on a talk show that was discussing the many men she was dating. She was pitted up against a group of women that found her to be somewhat of a “tart” since she was actively dating more than one man at a time. This woman appeared to be confident, sexy, and spoke highly of the men she was dating. In fact, she even said that she didn’t have sex with all of the men. She was simply enjoying the opportunity to date, to meet new people, and to have new experiences.

Most times, logging into Facebook provides an overwhelming dose of it. Desperation. It looks a lot like the person who can’t wait for the weekend. It sounds like the person who walks into the office saying “I hate Monday!!”. It’s the person who hates their job but needs the money.
Go ahead, be sexy at work. Be flirtatious. It may seem like it sets feminism back 1,000 years to say it, but the fact is, in a male-dominated industry, one of the smartest things a woman can do is use her feminine wiles to rise to the top.
What’s your biggest flaw? I’ve got more than a few. Plenty, actually. As tempting as it might be to list them out right here for the entire world to see (oh wait, actually, that’s not tempting at all), I’ll stick to just one. I am, quite often, a complete and utter ditz.

Challenged with how to respond when a man does something that ticks you off? Are you an independent, smart single woman who is dating and looking for love? If so, you've likely been challenged with how to respond when a man does something that ticks you off. What are realistic expectations? What should you tolerate? I get asked this question in many forms. It can be confusing. On the one hand, you have a strong desire to be liked and finally find The One. On the other hand, you are a confident woman who doesn't want to put up with nonsense or be a pushover.
Despite what you may have heard or been told, sexiness is not all about good looks or showing off the most cleavage; it is a state of mind and an attitude. It's all about confidence. However, most days it's hard to truly achieve that feeling of boundless self-assurance.
Both emotional specialists and psychologists generally agree that eating disorders are generally rooted in negative body image. When this happens, sufferers usually see distorted body images when they gaze in a mirror – and as such, feel "fat" or otherwise imperfect regardless of whether these terms accurately describe the structure of their physical bodies. Negative body images can manifest from one or more of the following factors:

In my on going quest for personal growth and my commitment to expanding my consciousness I have been constantly pulled and pushed to challenge myself in looking at how I can shift my perspective. I was having tea with my friend and amazing relationship coach, Orna Walters, not too long ago. We were talking about our journeys and how we got to where we are today. It was like I had run into an old friend, and we were both giddy as we talked about our lives and realized we had so much in common.
