Not every zodiac pair is meant to be.

Some zodiac pairs were made for each other. They share the same values, are able to use their strengths to build each other up, and generally want the same things out of life.
Heck, even if you don’t have a whole lot in common with your partner, you can still have a strong and healthy relationships together.
In some instances, opposites do attract. But then there are the couples that always seem to be pretty mismatched when they’re together.
They might make good roommates or friends, but they’re not that great as a couple. Whether it’s because opposites don’t attract in their situation or it has something to do with astrology, these pairs just don’t get along.
Some zodiac pairs don’t get along with each other because they’re just way too different. One zodiac sign loves going out and being social, while the other sign would rather keep their friend circle tight and is more of a wallflower than a social butterfly.
Then, there are the zodiac pairs that are too similar to ever work out. Like if both horoscopes have a fiery temper that only gets worse when they’re together. Maybe you’ve noticed some of these traits in your parents’ relationship.
Unfortunately, not all of our parents can get along as well as we wish they would.
And while there are many reasons why this might be, astrology may also play a role in their relationship.
But while you might want to understand why your parents don’t get along a little better, it’s important to remember that it’s not up to you to try to make things better between them – just like it’s not because of you that they don’t get along.
Maybe they’re still together, maybe they’re not, but either way, astrology is about learning how to understand ourselves and others better – not necessarily used to fix our problems or meddle in other people’s lives.
It’s also worth it to note that while two people don’t always get along because of their zodiac signs that there isn’t any love, respect, or friendship between them. Just because you don’t get along with your siblings or friends all the time doesn’t mean you don’t still care about them.
People are a lot more complicated than we realize sometimes, which is why it’s nice to have astrology to help us understand how we can have trouble getting along with someone as part of a couple that we still be good friends with.
It doesn’t always happen this way – you might not get along with someone and have nothing but contempt for them. It can get confusing, I know.
You probably won’t get all of the answers you’re looking for, but you can still figure out why your parents don’t get along, based on their (incompatible) zodiac signs.
ARIES (March 21 - April 19) + SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
There's no denying that there's a lot of passion between these two zodiac signs, but even passion can turn negative. This pairing comes with a LOT of drama and headbutting – thanks to two of the most dramatic, intense signs in astrology.
With Scorpio's mysterious nature and Aries' need for control, Aries can't fully trust Scorpio and Scorpio gets frustrated with Aries' stubbornness. There's a good chance that this pairing comes with a lot of arguments and disagreements, sometimes over nothing at all.
Both signs can get very jealous and possessive of the other, and their tempers can make these arguments even worse. Both signs would do much better with someone who would be able to tame these hotheads.
TAURUS (April 20 - May 20) + SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
A pairing between Taurus and Sagittarius is a difficult one to keep positive. Taurus is the homebody who prefers to stay where they're comfortable, grab some snacks, and just veg out with a movie. Sagittarius, on the other hand, is the sign who's always looking for a new adventure and loves a good party.
In addition to that, Taurus is looking for someone to build a long-term, stable relationship with, while Sagittarius loves the chase (even in a serious relationship). Taurus shouldn't be with someone who makes them feel like they constantly have to prove that they're worth the chase, and Sagittarius shouldn't feel forced to stay tied down to someone who's so different from them.
GEMINI (May 21 - June 20) + PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
The only thing that Gemini and Pisces have in common is that they can both be pretty hot and cold (which is not something you want to have in common with). Gemini can be a bit flighty and careless, which often leads to broken promises, and Pisces can be sensitive and clingy, which can lead to some suffocation in the relationship,
Gemini has a lot of energy that works best with zodiac signs that can keep up with this vibrancy, and Pisces has a lot of love that requires a partner who can appreciate the constant effort. When Gemini and Pisces are together, it can lead to miscommunication and a basic misunderstanding of each other – AKA, a whole lot of problems.
CANCER (June 21 - July 22) + AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
The bulk of miscommunication and disagreements that come from a pairing between Cancer and Aquarius is due to these signs just not vibing on the same wavelength as each other. Cancer is more traditional (looking for a certain kind of relationship), while Aquarius is more progressive (looking to write their own rules in a relationship).
Aquarius is also very independent, which means that they need a lot of "me time" in life, not someone who completely takes over their life. Cancer, on the other hand, wants a deep commitment that will last a long time – something Aquarius can't agree to confidently.
LEO (July 23 - August 22) + VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Leo tends to prefer passion over everything else in a relationship, while Virgo wants a more intelligent relationship. When this pair is together, it's hard for both zodiac signs to give the other what they want. Virgo wants someone to make them feel protected and secure, while Leo wants someone who will bring excitement and thrill to the relationship every day.
One thing these two signs do have in common is a need for perfection, however they're both looking for perfection in different ways. Virgo sees perfection in people who are humble, modest, and practical, while Leo sees perfection in people who are energetic, striking, and fiery.

LIBRA (September 23 - October 22) + CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
Both Libra and Capricorn are very confident in themselves outside of a relationship, but in a pairing together, there's a pressure to over-exert themselves to make the other one happy. Part of the reason they don't work well together is because there's very little communication and understanding between the two of them.
Capricorn can be a little more rigid than Libra, and Libra can be more carefree, which can make it hard for them to relate to each other. On top of that, Capricorn isn't a zodiac sign that likes to show too much emotion like Libra but will still confront problems when they arise, which Libra is not comfortable with. It's very hard for these two signs to get past these barriers and be happy.
